I would highly recommend Break Through Physical Therapy 77580 Charlotte Hwy, Indian Land, S.C. to anyone who needs physical therapy .
All of the therapists that I encountred there for my reverse shoulder replacement were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always listened to problems and questions about my aches and pains that I encountered during my 6 months ( 2 times a week) of therapy.
My main physical thrapist was Heather Stephens PT, DPT.
She was very professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure ongoing progress and, with constant positive encouragment and motivation, got me through to my recovery of reduced pain and improved mobility.
I just "graduated" from my 6 months of physical therapy and
I have to say that I will miss going and spending time with these wonderful folks!
It would be remiss of me if I did not mention Kim in the front office. Her friendly smile was always welcoming and her efficiency in scheduling appointments made the whole process easy. Thank you Kim!
If you need physical therapy, I would recommend Break Through without any hesitation.

I was not looking forward to Physical Therapy which was required due to my numerous injuries. The people at Breakthrough helped me to have a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. My other PT experiences pale in comparison with the people that worked with me at Breakthrough. Kim and Michelle made appointments and handled all of my paperwork flawlessly. They even had a smile and kind words when I had to cancel or reschedule.
My therapists, Heather, Jen, Elizabeth and Chris are probably the best group of health care professionals that i’ve worked with. Very patient and compassionate and were always prepared for my sessions. They obviously had read the notes to my previous sessions and
mixed in other techniques to help me from getting bored with the same exercises.
Kim, Michelle, Heather, Jen, Elizabeth and Chris helped me to get through a difficult time. They even laughed at my jokes.

I have gone to BreakThough a number of times throughout the years and have had great results. These recent sessions I’ve worked with Heather and Ross who are excellent professionals and a real pleasure to work with. This facility is top notch and I would recommend to anyone.

The whole team is AWESOME!!! From the front desk with Michelle, the PTs Chris and Heather, just excellent work taking care of my husband, who is a stroke victim. Theyre so very helpful and knowledgeable. The concern and care is so evident with Chris and Heather. While they do care, they don't coddle. They allow him to put in the necessary work so that he can improve his mobility. I've no doubt that my husband will get better with Chris and Heather! This is the place to be for your physical therapy if you're looking for great bedside manners, caring personnel, attentive listeners and improvement in your physical therapy! I LOVE Breakthrough Physical Therapy!❤

This is my second time to choose Breakthrough Therapy in Indian Land.
Heather and Jennifer patiently worked with me to improve my balance problems. They encouraged me and kept me going! Front desk operations were efficient as well.

I love this office Kim with the curly hair the lady at the front desk very conscientious about her work she always calls her patients if someone cancels. always makes my day my PT person Elizabeth McKinnon stretches me out she is a good person inside and out she's a good young woman strong I also think she's a good mom based on how she treats her patience she always ask questions and very concerned about the patients this office has some talented young and beautiful girls they are all conscientious about their work. I would recommend this office any day of the week.

This group is fantastic! From booking appointments to PT sessions, I had such a great experience. Along with a great education on how to take care of my neck and shoulders at home, the PT sessions led to a full recovery and I have no more neck pain! Everyone was so very nice and helpful!
