Kendra earned her a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Winston-Salem State University and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer.
Her passion for exercise and fitness began at a young age, as she was an athlete of many sports. Day in and day out, she had to challenge and condition herself to perform at a competitive level, whether it was running extra laps for endurance in track, performing extra squats for power in volleyball, or working on her agility for speed and quickness in basketball. It was required for her to always be at her best. At that point, she knew that she was destined to work in the health and wellness field to help others do the same.
Kendra specializes in strength and conditioning for people of all ages. Through her provides customized exercise programs tailored to the needs of each individual client. She is of the mindset that, “you are your greatest investment.” Her goal as a trainer is to empower her clients to fully embrace the habit of a daily workout to attain the everlasting benefits of a healthy lifestyle, while keeping each session fun, challenging, educational, and most importantly, safe and effective!
