After just 4 visits…I feel like a brand new person. Before, I could barely walk for 15 minutes without my back screaming in pain. Now I’m zooming through therapy and going on walks at home.
Wonderful staff, very helpful, competent and professional. They listen to what I say and are working with me to meet my goal.
Amazing service. They have gone out of their way to call and follow up with me while doing my at-home exercises. Highly recommend.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending his spare time with his 2 children, golfing, and exploring Raleigh’s various parks.
David earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) in Worcester, MA. Prior to this, he earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Movement Science from Pennsylvania State University. While in school, David was a part of his university’s ‘Balance, Movement, and Wellness’ program that provided pro bono physical therapy services to members of the community in need.
David recently continued his education by completing his board certification in Orthopaedics through Evidence in Motion’s Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency program. As a passionate golfer, David takes special interest in treating golf and other sport-related injuries. David looks forward to working for a company that shares his passion for providing cutting edge, evidence-based treatment to patients. He truly enjoys being a part of a team that shares the desire to make an impact on patients’ lives and helping them feel better by providing quality, hands-on care. His best piece of advice to patients is, “The human body is strong and resilient, and if you believe in yourself and put your body to work, you will see the improvements you hoped for.”
As a person who has lived in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania his whole life (and not to mention an avid New England Patriots, Boston Celtics and Penn State fan), David has found the Raleigh weather to be a welcome change. Whether it’s going to the pool, hiking, going for a bike ride, or sitting outside at his favorite restaurants, he just loves spending time outdoors.
