I recently had knee replacement surgery. I decided to do my physical therapy at BreakThrough Physical Therapy in Verona because it would be convenient. I am so glad I made that decision. Nash made me feel comfortable right away. He is very knowledgeable and has a calm, encouraging manner. I was thrilled with the success…

Julie and Jessica were invaluable in my breast cancer recovery. Meet the Staff
Carly earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University after graduating from Maryville College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry. Carly has since continued her education by completing courses to become a certified Trigger Point Dry Needling provider.
She takes special interest in manual therapy techniques that restore function and has been accepted into IAR’s Fellowship in Sports and Orthopaedic Manual Therapy to further her skills in this area. Carly is excited to bring quality care to the city she calls home and looks forward to the opportunity to develop lasting connections with patients. She feels that the more communication she has with her patients, the better she can customize care and empower patients to reach their personal goals.
Outside the clinic, you can find Carly and her husband hiking, kayaking and exploring all the great dining and recreation Durham has to offer. In her free time, she also volunteers with World Relief Durham and participates in various ministry opportunities through her church.

Having suffered from various injuries himself, he understands the perspective of those wanting to return to running and reach their full potential. Connor enjoys working with patients of all age groups and strives to return them to their prior level of function.
In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, going to the beach, reading, and playing the drums. Connor lives in Raleigh with his girlfriend Kristy, along with his puppy Kona and his cat Brody.
