Physical TherapistDr. Arryn Gamble earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is originally from Winter Haven, Florida, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Polk State College and her license for massage therapy.
Arryn is most interested in treating patients with vestibular conditions such as dizziness and vertigo; and patients with neurologic conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, concussion, traumatic brain injury, and Parkinson’s Disease. She is certified through LSVT Big™, a specialized treatment program for Parkinson’s Disease, and is certified for advanced vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management through the American Institute of Balance. She is also a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist (MSCS) and a Certified Stroke Rehab Specialist (CSRS).
In addition to treating patients, Arryn also enjoys her role as an adjunct professor at South College for classes such as Clinical Neuroscience and Anatomy.
In her free time, she enjoys learning about history, spending time with her two dogs and family, gardening, attending live music events, and volunteering with the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Nicole has been a Fayetteville resident for the majority of her life, graduating high school from Fayetteville Christian School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Methodist College and her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Armstrong Atlantic State University. Nicole then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Montana. She earned the distinguished designation of Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist from Evidence In Motion’s Pelvic Health program. And most recently, Nicole became Board Certified through the American Physical Therapy Association as a Women’s Certified Specialist (WCS); a designation that less than 0.2% of physical therapists have.
Nicole is also a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and has completed continuing education courses in dry needling, occupational medicine, manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and nutrition.
She maintains a very active life with her husband, raising their three children and two dogs. Together, they founded and run the ministry Ladies of Value, working with the Fayetteville Dream Center in Cumberland County. Nicole is also an adjunct professor at Campbell University. In her free time, she has completed an Ironman, several Half Ironman’s, marathons, and triathlons, and loves endurance training. Nicole has a passion for life and living it to the fullest.
Amanda Rabin PT, DPT, ATC
Amanda Rabin PT, DPT, ATC
Amanda Rabin earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Hampton University. Prior to that, Amanda obtained her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Spanish from Gardner-Webb University.
Amanda specializes in ortho and is most interested in treating knee pain.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys anything creative, hiking, and home improvement/decor.

Physical TherapistDr. Anna Cumbo earned her Doctor of Physical therapy (DPT) degree from East Carolina University in North Carolina. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor in Kinesiology from John Brown University in Arkansas.
Anna enjoys problem solving with her patients to find what exactly is causing their pain, and how to fix it. She has a passion for empowering patients to take ownership of their health and reach their goals.
In her free time, she likes outdoor activities like hiking and camping. She also enjoys painting and other arts.

He has a strong passion for orthopedics and believes patients can improve their quality of life with a pain free approach to physical therapy.
In his free time, he likes exploring the outdoors, playing sports, and walking his dogs. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and family.
