Wonderful staff! Summer is amazing and helped so much with understanding the exercises, talking me through the process and being a wonderful supporter and cheerleader!

Candise helped me to resolve my original problem and also helped with ongoing problems from scar tissue. She counseled me and taught me how to do home care. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful.

I was referred to Breakthrough PT years ago with great success... Must have been 5 years before I began having leg/sciatic nerve issues again. I accepted a referral to another PT service and found the atmosphere, attitude and quality of support lacking. Got sent back to Kerry Davis at BreakThrough and my smile came back instantly. Over the course of fifty years of back problems, I have been to numerous physical therapy facilities, but Breakthrough PT in Morehead City is by far the best PT experience I have ever had. Every person who works there is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable in what they do. I would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Starting with the women at reception with their friendly attitude through the whole six weeks my experience was positive. Candance, my therapist was exceptional, she was kind,funny and very informative.

I have so many great things to say about Breakthrough. My mom and I love coming here for PT. First I would like to give a shout out to Katie! She has been an amazing pelvic floor therapist. She listens to your concerns, explains the anatomy of the pelvic floor, and addresses any issues you have. And most importantly, she takes her time with you. Second, Katie’s PTs are fantastic, especially Kerry, Candise, Stephanie, Nathan, and Ben. They all take their time with you, making sure to address any concerns you have. What I love about this place is they make sure you are doing your exercises correctly, and I definitely enjoy the soft tissue massage and needling. Last but not least, shout out to Susan and Shay for always being so patient and flexible with our schedules. These ladies are truly the face of Breakthrough.

Additionally,this place has a great environment, everyone is so friendly, and you can genuinely see that they love what they do. Thank you for everything.

The staff at BreakThrough, from the receptionist to all the techs and doctors, were incredible. They helped me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually through my therapy sessions. At 75, it becomes easy to accept weaknesses and blame it on aging but they helped me rebuild my strength and confidence. Now I am confident that I can keep having birthdays without fear. Kayla at the Morehead City location is the absolute best! In a short time she has helped me immensely with an injury I had been struggling with for way too long! She has been a huge help with resolving pelvic floor issues I have be experiencing as well. Kayla also helped me recover from a back injury faster than I thought possible. Kayla is incredibly kind and caring and truly is just a little ray of sunshine, even when she is poking you with tiny needles.
