Naemi Gunter PT, DPT
Clinic DirectorDr. Naemi Gunter spent her childhood traveling the world as a military child and now continues as a military spouse. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Armstrong Atlantic State University, followed by a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, Texas.
Naemi most enjoys empowering others to take an active role in their healthcare. She specializes in helping people with orthopedic concerns to improve their quality of life. She continues to actively boost her skills with certificates in dry needling and additional courses in manual therapy.
Naemi enjoys a full life with her husband, three children, an elderly dog, a cat, and two aquatic turtles. In her free time, she explores trails of the beautiful North Carolina wilderness, scuba dives in warm water, reads, exercises, gardens, and works on home improvement projects with her husband.

Physical TherapistDr. Caleb Hampton earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Campbell University. Prior to that, Caleb obtained his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Oakland University. His interest in physical therapy resulted from several orthopedic injuries as a high school and collegiate basketball player. Before obtaining his doctorate, Caleb worked for 6 years as a medical fitness trainer.
Caleb is most interested in treating sports injuries, shoulders, and knees. He is excited to be a part of a team that encourages one another to grow as clinicians.
In his free time, Caleb enjoys going to parks, watching movies, and traveling with his wife (Danielle), and their two sons (Isaac & Gabriel). He also enjoys exercising in his home gym and growing in his faith in Christ daily.

Physical TherapistDr. Brittany Levine earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from High Point University. Prior to that, she earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Maryland Baltimore County where she played division 1 lacrosse.
Brittany enjoys helping patients improve their quality of life all while getting to build great relationships with her patients. She enjoys working with a wide variety of injuries and conditions but has an especially strong passion for working with individuals who have neurological conditions as well as athletes.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, doing house projects, spending time with her friends and family, and learning new hobbies! She is kept very busy at home with her Golden Retriever, German Shepherd Cane Corso and two cats.

Physical TherapistDr. Abigail Hawk earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Midwestern University- Glendale. Prior to that, she earned her Kinesiology and Health Promotion degree with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wyoming while playing college Rugby.
Abigail loves to help people rediscover their strength, confidence and independence. She enjoys empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to make a meaningful improvement to their quality of life through the rehabilitation process. The best part of her job is combining creative problem-solving with genuine relationship building with patients over the course of their treatment.
Abigail loves to spend her time outside of work with her husband Rowan and two children, Hazel and Maverick. She enjoys spending time outdoors, playing recreational sports, traveling with her family, and reading her bible.

Physical TherapistDr. Kacey Massey earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from South College at the Knoxville, Tennessee campus. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina.
Kacey has always wanted to go into rehabilitation since being an athlete in high school and unable to continue due to injury. She fell in love with outpatient physical therapy after shadowing a PT at a BreakThrough location during her undergraduate. One of her greatest joys is seeing the progress her patients make and being able to get someone back to what they love doing.
On her free time, Kacey enjoys spending time with her family, whether it be staying inside for movie nights or going for walks or to the baseball field. Her hobbies include reading, being crafty or artsy, playing guitar, or playing video games.
