Kat Lantz PT, DPT
Physical TherapistKat Lantz earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Duke University. Prior to that, Kat obtained her Bachelor of Art in Spanish from the University of Tulsa.
Kat specializes in functional strengthening and is most interested in treating return to sport/recreation. In addition, she enjoys treating patients with vestibular and balance disorders.
In her free time, Kat enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors with her family, and reading.

Physical TherapistDr. Arryn Gamble earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is originally from Winter Haven, Florida, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Polk State College and her license for massage therapy.
Arryn is most interested in treating patients with vestibular conditions such as dizziness and vertigo; and patients with neurologic conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, concussion, traumatic brain injury, and Parkinson’s Disease. She is certified through LSVT Big™, a specialized treatment program for Parkinson’s Disease, and is certified for advanced vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management through the American Institute of Balance. She is also a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist (MSCS) and a Certified Stroke Rehab Specialist (CSRS).
In addition to treating patients, Arryn also enjoys her role as an adjunct professor at South College for classes such as Clinical Neuroscience and Anatomy.
In her free time, she enjoys learning about history, spending time with her two dogs and family, gardening, attending live music events, and volunteering with the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Jennifer Poulin PT, PRC

Jennifer Poulin PT, PRC
Physical TherapistJennifer graduated from the University of Vermont in 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She began her post-graduate study in Postural Restoration in 1999. In 2005, Jennifer earned the designation of Postural Restoration Certified (PRC) as a result of advanced training, extraordinary interest and devotion to the science of postural restoration adaptations, asymmetrical patterns, and the influence of polyarticular chains of muscles on the human body, as defined by the Postural Restoration Institute. Jennifer believes her mission of certification is education and therefore has mentored and trained several physical therapist and athletic trainers. She has been a faculty member of Postural Restoration institute since 2010.
Jennifer and her husband Chris are former owners of Poulin Performance in South Burlington, Vermont. They owned this practice from 2002 until 2013. Together they share a special interest in the integration of PRI into injury prevention programs and the management of the chronic pain patients. In 2012, they moved their family to Pinehurst, North Carolina, and opened Sandhills Sports Performance. Recently they merged their practice with Breakthrough Physical Therapy.
Jennifer’s approach to Postural Restoration science is to put your goals at the forefront of the treatment. She takes time and care to educate you on your imbalances, and the patterns of movement that are contributing to your current or potential injury. She emphasizes the importance of understanding your body and how it works to properly plan and implement your treatments. The key elements of her treatment style include understanding, education, and compassion.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading, staying fit, hiking, golfing and spending time with Chris and their daughters Madison and Devon.

Chris Connelly PT, DPT

Chris Connelly PT, DPT
Chris holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Winston Salem State University. He is currently pursuing a manual therapy certification and an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) certification. Before becoming a physical therapist, he worked as an engineer, but decided that he wanted to work with people instead of machines.
Chris is certified in dry needling. He loves getting creative with balance activities for his gait and balance patients.
Chris spends his weekends chasing his two young sons around with his wife. He enjoys hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, canoeing, grilling, and anything that gets him outdoors.

Jennifer Duley PTA

Jennifer Duley PTA
Jennifer earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Stanly Community College in Albemarle, NC. Prior to this, she attended Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania for her undergraduate degree and swam competitively. She takes special interest in manual therapy, orthopaedics, balance, and lymphedema.
Jennifer is a trained CPR instructor and has completed education courses on the Maitland approach and Maitland Stabilization. She also plans to complete her PTA Orthopaedic Certification and an additional Maitland course in the Fall of 2019. Her best advice to patients is to stay active, no matter what and that less can be more.
Jennifer and her husband Dan will celebrate 20 years in October. Together, they have two children, Morgan and Seth, and a yellow lab, Bucky. Jennifer is an avid runner and has completed five half marathons. She has also been sky diving twice! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and getting out on the lake.
