Our Team
Finding relief from ongoing pain or limitations isn’t as easy as it should be. It’s hard to know who to trust with your story, your care, and your time. While you may have heard about PT before, you may not know how the process works, how important choosing a physical therapist is, or that you have options.
Our team at BreakThrough is here to make your journey to wellness easy, with compassionate care, a personalized plan for your needs, and some fun along the way.
We truly value getting to know you and your story so we can provide effective care and an enjoyable journey.
Our team holds a set of shared standards and beliefs when it comes to providing our patients with exceptional patient care.
Our shared standards:
Listening to your story so that we understand your unique circumstances, including your current limitations and your goals for the future.
A personalized plan for your care to help you set realistic goals and find the right path to achieve them.
A fun, supportive atmosphere that keeps you engaged with your physical therapy process.
