I did Physical Therapy at the Indian Land location for 5.5 months after a knee replacement. They did a wonderful job of helping me along my recovery! I recommend Elizabeth and Brian especially! Thank you, Breakthrough!

The whole PT experience was exceptional! The personnel were very professional, optimistic, organinized and spoke clearly with kindness with reassurances every step of the way.The print-outs for each exercise in the individualized program they established has been most helpful for continuing exercise between visits and for me added to my daily routine. I must note, everything was very clean, all equipment was in working order in the well-lit cheerful open area. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend!!!

Our experience at the Fort Lawn location was better than 5 stars! My teen daughter was treated there about 2 months for her knee/torn meniscus. She saw results almost immediately and is now completely pain free! Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Lee Ann were so kind and really made my daughter feel at home. They challenged her but always encouraged her along the way. Although we are excited that our time there is over, we will miss seeing their smiles a couple times a week!

I had an ACL injury due to soccer which resulted in the need for surgery. I was then looking for a good pt that could help me get my strength back in order to be able to play soccer again. one of my friends moms, works at breakthrough and managed to get me an appointment with leeanne at the fort lawn location, where i’ve been going 2 days a week, every week for the last 6 months. They have been amazing and have really supported me through my journey in recovery. Leeanne and Jennifer and both very friendly and have a very good positive energy, and are really encouraging and supportive to help people recover from whatever injury they are suffering from. I’ve had the best experience here for the last 6 months and I would recommend for any one to go here if they are in need of physical therapy.

Mrs. Leigh Ann and Mrs. Jennifer took excellent care of my needs. I came in with tight shoulder and neck muscles causing headaches and left much looser. My headaches are much better. I started with multiple headaches a week. Now I may have 1 a week with much less intensity.

Jennifer and Lee Ann work great as a team together. My Ankle had a knot on it from swelling when I started. The knot and pain are gone and have started correcting other connected issues. I highly recommend Breakthrough Physical Therapy in Fort Lawn, SC.
