Katie Knight PT, DPT

Katie Knight PT, DPT
Clinic ManagerKatie is the Morehead City Clinic Manager.
Katie Knight graduated from East Carolina University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Prior to attending graduate school, Katie received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University.
Katie has completed her post-doctorate training with Evidence In Motion and is now a Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, specializing in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in both men and women. Katie has also received her Dry Needling certification and has experience with both men’s and women’s orthopedic issues, including hip, low back and pelvis issues.
Katie resides in Morehead City, North Carolina, with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab, Lexie Lou, watching the Pirates play football (ARGHH), cooking, and spending time on the water.

Physical TherapistAnne Maples, Physical Therapist (PT) earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1997 from West Virginia University and has been practicing physical therapy continuously for the past twenty seven years. Anne has primarily practiced in Outpatient Physical Therapy and is a manual based, Dry Needling certified therapist who places emphasis on combining those manual skills with an individualized, patient specific exercise program to treat pain and restore function.
In her free time she likes a variety of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, hiking, and gardening. She enjoys spending time with her children and traveling with her husband and is an avid football fan.

John Van Havere PT, DPT

Physical TherapistJohn Van Havere graduated from Temple University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Prior to attending graduate school, John received a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Office Management at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, New Jersey.
John’s clinical experience has given him an understanding of the entire continuum of rehabilitation. This allows him to understand and offer diverse clinical care and services for his patients. Over the years, John has acquired extensive clinical education and experience with patients with spinal and balance disorders. John has extensive proficiency with orthopedic and neurological related diagnoses/disorders and has worked with patients afflicted with Parkinson’s disease, MS, COPD, CVA’s and amputees. Additionally, John has extensive continuing education with Trigger Point Dry Needling and treatment of vestibular dysfunctions.
John delivers the highest level of energy to each of his patients.
John lives in Hubert, NC, where he and his wife enjoy similar hobbies including leather work, making ceramic art, silversmithing and gardening.
