Erin Kovarik PT, DPT

Erin Kovarik PT, DPT
Erin graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Health Sciences. She also graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia campus with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
Since graduating, Erin has stayed up to date on current evidence through continuing education courses, including courses on Kinesiotaping, a certification in Myofascial Decompression using cupping, and courses addressing sacroiliac dysfunction. She is currently enrolled in Evidence In Motion’s (EIM) Manual Therapy Certification program to further her skills and continue to provide optimal, up-to-date care.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys hiking, biking, traveling with her husband, Robert, and taking her dog for long walks.

Rhoger Villalon PT, DPT, CMP

Rhoger Villalon PT, DPT, CMP
Rhoger is the Clinic Manager at the Apex location.
Rhoger graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He continued his education by becoming formally trained in Kinesio Taping and manual therapy relative to joint/soft tissue mobilizations, through training with Maitland and Mulligan. He has also completed specialized training in Trigger Point Dry Needling.
With an interest in spine-related ailments, Rhoger’s specialties include, hip, core, postural, and upper neck related issues. Rhoger believes that his gift is the ability to educate his patients about their condition so they can have a better understanding of their physical dysfunctions and how to overcome them.
Native of Lanham, Maryland, Rhoger became a proud member of the US Army Paratrooper Infantry. Rhoger loves football, basketball, weight-training, and, more than anything else, playing with his children.

Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health SpecialistNency earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Gujarat University and her Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition from Long Island University, Brooklyn. She actively stays current with evidence-based practices through continuing education courses. Furthermore, she specializes in Pelvic Health. Nency holds certifications in pelvic health through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments (IAMT) and is pursuing additional training through Evidence in Motion. She is also proficient in trigger point dry needling, myofascial treatments, cupping, and taping techniques.
Nency has extensive expertise in treating a variety of pelvic health conditions, including incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunctions. She provides care to individuals of all genders, including LGBTQ+ patients, and has specialized training in managing pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction. Additionally, she is skilled in addressing pregnancy-related conditions and postpartum dysfunctions. Beyond her pelvic health focus, Nency also treats patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
In her personal time, Nency enjoys hiking, staying active through workouts, and traveling with her husband, Vatsal.
