Jordan Bunn PT, DPT, OMT-C, OCS

Jordan Bunn PT, DPT, OMT-C, OCS
Jordan is the Clinic Manager at the Wake Forest location.
Jordan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to this, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at North Carolina State University.
Jordan is a board certified Orthopaedic Physical Therapist and has an Orthopaedic Manual Therapy certification. He is also a dry needling practitioner.
Jordan has continued his education with courses in assessment and treatment techniques for impairments involving the spine, as well as Dry Needling through Evidence In Motion (EIM). Having suffered from several injuries himself, Jordan understands rehab from both the patient and therapist’s point of view. He enjoys working with patients from all walks of life, from athletes to those who want to live their life without pain.
He enjoys working with patients from all walks of life, from athletes to those who want to return to their daily life without limitations. A native of Greenville, NC, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife, Elise, and their three children, Natalie, Malachi and David, and yellow lab. He also enjoys any outdoor activity as well as cheering on the Wolfpack.

Danielle Johanson PT, DPT, OCS
Physical TherapistDanielle Johanson earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Ithaca College. Prior to that, Danielle obtained her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies with a minor in Neuroscience from Ithaca College.
Danielle is most interested in treating running-related injuries and shoulder injuries, but ultimately enjoys helping her patients get back to doing what they love and promoting physical activity.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys running, any outdoor activity like the beach or hiking, and trying new restaurants around the area (she just moved here from New York).

Austin Gardner PT, DPT

Austin Gardner PT, DPT
Austin Gardner earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to that, Austin obtained his Bachelor of Science in Physiology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
Austin is most interested in treating knee pathologies.
In his free time, Austin enjoys watching sports (the University of Arizona in particular), playing with his Goldendoodle dog named Mocha (trained as a therapy dog), exploring the Raleigh-Durham area, and trying new restaurants.

Justin Gordon PT, DPT
Physical TherapistJustin Gordon earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. Prior to that, Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama.
Justin has a passion for helping athletes with injuries return to their sport but enjoys working with all patients to help them recover from injuries that impact their everyday lives. Over the course of his career, Justin has worked in all types of clinical settings including outpatient orthopedic, skilled nursing, and home health. He has a special interest in shoulder injuries.
Outside of work, Justin loves spending time with his wife and three sons. He is a big sports fan and as a proud Marylander, intensely roots for his Washington Commanders, Washington Wizards, and Baltimore Orioles.
Justin believes strongly in the power of physical therapy and its capacity to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and enhance each patient’s physical and mental well-being.

Physical TherapistKatherine “Katie” Spathelf earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Georgia Southern University. Prior to that, Katie obtained her Bachelor of Science in Education (BSEd) in Exercise Science from the University of Georgia. Since completing her Doctorate, Katie has pursued additional pelvic health coursework through Herman and Wallace.
Katie enjoys working closely with her patients to improve their quality of life through physical therapy. She has a passion for educating, providing a space where patients can ask questions, be curious and leave feeling informed after each session. Katie is most interested in treating pelvic floor dysfunction.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys swimming, hiking, reading and spending time with her cats.

Jordan is dedicated to enhancing patients’ quality of life through personalized treatment plans, developed in close collaboration with each individual. Believing that education is a crucial part of the process, Jordan ensures that patients are well-informed throughout their recovery. Her goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment for effective recovery.
In her free time, Jordan enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog and catching up with friends. Originally from Ohio, where she was born and raised, she recently moved to North Carolina and is excited to explore new places it has to offer.
