Our Physios are highly trained in manual therapy skills, which can include targeted soft tissue mobilization.
For those seeking more generalized massage intervention, those services can be provided by our Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapists (LMBTs) in select locations.
Our Massage Therapists are trained in a variety of techniques. Though each one has a different combination of skills, our LMBTs are united in their passion for helping their clients feel and function at their best.
Massage Therapy Services Offered are:
- Deep Tissue Massage to support sports training & recovery
- Neuromuscular therapy
- Prenatal Massage
- Swedish Massage
- Trigger Point Massage
These techniques alone or combined can provide relief for chronic tired, sore and tightly held muscles. Massage Therapy can assist with the relief of headaches, back pain, muscle spasm and a wide variety of chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, arthritis, TMJ syndrome and anxiety disorders. Massage can also help improve posture, help establish better sleep patterns and speed recovery.
Massage therapy is currently offered in our Cary clinic. Massage Therapy services are cash based and not billed to insurance. We have a no tipping policy. Please call the clinic for pricing and scheduling.
