Pam Foland MS, PT

Pam Foland MS, PT
Pam is the Clinic Manager at the Cary Pediatric location.
Pam graduated from Duke University, where she earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. She has since attended many continuing education courses, including: Lois Bly 5-day Handling Course, Motor Control and Motor Learning through Columbia University, Mulligan courses and Kinesio Taping.
She has extensive experience with Developmental Delay, Neurological Conditions, Gait Abnormalities, Torticollis, Osteogenesis Imperfecta and Hypotonia. Pam has over 20 years of experience in treating pediatric disorders and has three children of her own. She is passionate about empowering parents to maximize their child’s functioning and gross motor skills. She enjoys having a positive effect on many people’s lives and getting to know lots of wonderful people.
Pam was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, but she grew up in New Jersey. She played soccer while in college, and now enjoys spending time with her family and children, running, and playing tennis.

Chelsea Anderton OTR/L

Chelsea Anderton OTR/L
Chelsea Anderton earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to that, Chelsea obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Chelsea is most interested in treating sensory modulation.
In her free time, Chelsea enjoys hiking, visiting museums, and trying new restaurants.

Cherokee Kim PT, DPT

Cherokee Kim PT, DPT
Cherokee Kim earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from High Point University. Prior to that, Cherokee obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Psychology from Washington State University.
Cherokee specializes in pediatrics and is most interested in treating NICU graduates at risk for developmental delays.
In her free time, Cherokee enjoys rock climbing, baking, and knitting.

Occupational TherapistTaz Kang is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) who received his Master’s of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy in from the University of Southern Indiana.
Occupational Therapy is a second career for Taz. He previously worked as a 3D Graphics Designer for a Fortune 500 Marketing company and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Computer Graphics Animation and Technology.
Taz has worked extensively with children diagnosed with intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, and autism in outpatient rehab clinics during his time as an Occupational Therapist.
Taz is Kinesiology Taping Certification through RockTape and has a strong understanding of how muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments work together. Taz also enjoys working on improving handwriting for his patients and is trained in Handwriting Without Tears®.
In his free time, he works as a portrait photographer and enjoys spending time with his 2 cats and traveling with his wife.

Occupational TherapistAlexis (Lexi) Harwood earned her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Prior to her masters, Lexi completed a Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland.
Lexi is most interested in treating sensory processing difficulties.
Lexi has always had an interest in working with a pediatric population. Lexi was first exposed to occupational therapy when her youngest brother was diagnosed with Autism. She has a personal connection to the impact that therapies and creating a therapeutic relationship with children and families can have. She has worked with both adult and pediatric patients and has experience with varying diagnoses.
In her free time, Lexi enjoys hiking with her dog, swimming, and painting.
BreakThrough Pediatrics located in Cary, NC is part of a North and South Carolina-based, private physical therapy practice group.
