I had an ACL injury due to soccer which resulted in the need for surgery. I was then looking for a good pt that could help me get my strength back in order to be able to play soccer again. one of my friends moms, works at breakthrough and managed to get me an appointment with leeanne at the fort lawn location, where i’ve been going 2 days a week, every week for the last 6 months. They have been amazing and have really supported me through my journey in recovery. Leeanne and Jennifer and both very friendly and have a very good positive energy, and are really encouraging and supportive to help people recover from whatever injury they are suffering from. I’ve had the best experience here for the last 6 months and I would recommend for any one to go here if they are in need of physical therapy.

Mrs. Leigh Ann and Mrs. Jennifer took excellent care of my needs. I came in with tight shoulder and neck muscles causing headaches and left much looser. My headaches are much better. I started with multiple headaches a week. Now I may have 1 a week with much less intensity.

I went to Break Through Physical Therapy for back pain and pelvic floor therapy. Both therapists were very knowledgeable and helpful. In a few short weeks, I was feeling better. I will definitely use them again, if I have future PT needs.

Great experience and great results. Scheduled therapy in an attempt to address a knee problem I had been putting up with for years. Leanne and Jennifer worked with me a couple time a week for several weeks resulting in significant improvement. They put together a home exercise program to continue to strengthen my knee. My only regret is not starting therapy sooner.

I had a terrific experience at Breakthrough Physical Therapy. The therapists are patient and kind and push you just enough to make great progress. I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon, but if the need arises, I would certainly choose to go here again!
