Katie is the Clinic Manager at the Morehead City locationKatie is the Morehead City Clinic Manager.
Katie Knight graduated from East Carolina University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Prior to attending graduate school, Katie received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University.
Katie has completed her post-doctorate training with Evidence In Motion and is now a Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, specializing in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in both men and women. Katie has also received her Dry Needling certification and has experience with both men’s and women’s orthopedic issues, including hip, low back and pelvis issues.
Katie resides in Morehead City, North Carolina, with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab, Lexie Lou, watching the Pirates play football (ARGHH), cooking, and spending time on the water.
Kerry Davis PT, DPT, OCS
Kerry Davis PT, DPT, OCS
Kerry earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
as a member of the charter class of South College in Knoxville, TN. Prior to earning her doctorate, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Kerry completed the Evidence in Motion Orthopaedic Residency program and earned her board certification as Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). She is also certified in Functional Dry Needling through Kinetacore and has held a certification as an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine since 2004.
Prior to earning her doctorate, Kerry spent several years employed by the U.S. Navy
Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department as a Recreation Specialist, and loved the opportunity to work directly with the military community in many different ways, using her fitness background, learning management skills, and serving those who serve
our great country!
Kerry currently lives in Morehead City with her husband
Jon and their three boys. They enjoy spending time with friends, cookouts, camping, and hanging out at the beach!
Matt Davis PT, DPT
Matt Davis PT, DPT
Matt Davis earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Methodist University. Prior to that, Matt was a college football athlete and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where he earned several First-Team All-American accolades and went on to win the 2016 Fred Mitchell Award for the country’s most outstanding small-school placekicker. He then spent some time in the NFL before hanging up the cleats to pursue his dream of becoming a Physical Therapist.
Matt specializes in treating athletes and is most interested in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular optimization of movement, quality of life, and athletic performance. He is currently in Orthopedic Residency through Evidence In Motion and will take the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Exam in 2024.
Matt is an Eastern North Carolina local and grew up in Richlands, right outside of Jacksonville. He currently lives in the Morehead City community and in his free time, Matt enjoys lifting weights, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.
Kayla Gravitt PT, DPT
Kayla Gravitt PT, DPT
Dr. Kayla Gravitt graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and minors in Public Health Studies and Biology. She worked as an admissions counselor in Elon University Office of Undergraduate Admissions for seven months between graduating from undergraduate and beginning PT school. Kayla later graduated from Elon University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
Kayla has completed Herman & Wallace Level 1, 2A, and 2B coursework for pelvic health physical therapy. She is currently completing coursework for her Certification to become a Pelvic Health Specialist. Kayla is also certified in dry needling through Double E Education. She loves to help others on their overall fitness journey and motivate them to live their healthiest lives.
When she’s not working, Kayla enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and staying active with weight training, cardio, and barre exercise! Her husband’s name is Thomas, and they are loving living in their dream city on the beach!

Physical Therapist AssistantCandise Waslosky graduated from Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania with an Associate of Applied Science degree and went on to pass her Physical Therapist Assistant board certification licensure shortly after. Candise is also now a Nationally Board Certified (NBHWC) Health and Wellness Coach. Candise has almost 7 years of experience working in outpatient sports medicine, inpatient rehabilitation, and hospital settings working with the range of school age children to geriatric population.
Candise grew up on a horse farm in central Pennsylvania where she learned to ride and found a love for the outdoors and animals. In high school Candise swam competitively which sparked her love of health and wellness. When she’s not working Candise enjoys spending time with her husband and animals. She finds joy in exploring nature with hikes and walks or relaxing on the beach with friends.
