Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree focusing on renewable energy from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She is a native of Greensboro and is happy to be serving her community.

She takes a special interest in Pelvic Health PT and is a Certified Pelvic Health Specialist, working with both women and men. Cole is also a certified dry needling practitioner.
Cole and her husband have three children, a chocolate lab, and nine chickens. She is deeply rooted in her community, and stays active in her church and Cub Scout pack. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, fermenting foods, playing music, and singing. Cole has been practicing mindfulness meditation for 15 years, and loves seeing the benefits of this simple practice unfold in the lives of her patients.
Kendra earned her a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Winston-Salem State University and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer.
Her passion for exercise and fitness began at a young age, as she was an athlete of many sports. Day in and day out, she had to challenge and condition herself to perform at a competitive level, whether it was running extra laps for endurance in track, performing extra squats for power in volleyball, or working on her agility for speed and quickness in basketball. It was required for her to always be at her best. At that point, she knew that she was destined to work in the health and wellness field to help others do the same.
Kendra specializes in strength and conditioning for people of all ages. Through her provides customized exercise programs tailored to the needs of each individual client. She is of the mindset that, “you are your greatest investment.” Her goal as a trainer is to empower her clients to fully embrace the habit of a daily workout to attain the everlasting benefits of a healthy lifestyle, while keeping each session fun, challenging, educational, and most importantly, safe and effective!

After just 4 visits…I feel like a brand new person. Before, I could barely walk for 15 minutes without my back screaming in pain. Now I’m zooming through therapy and going on walks at home.
Wonderful staff, very helpful, competent and professional. They listen to what I say and are working with me to meet my goal.
Amazing service. They have gone out of their way to call and follow up with me while doing my at-home exercises. Highly recommend.
My husband was skeptical of my choice to use physical therapy to treat my back pain instead of medications. After seeing my results from working with the BreakThrough Physical Therapy team, my husband is a believer now too.
I couldn’t have wished for a better place to go for my knee replacement therapy! They know what they are doing to get you back in the swing of things so you can go on with your life!
