The event will include light refreshments, a private screening of the 30-minute film, and a live Q&amp;A session with local pain experts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attendees will also enjoy craft spirit tastings from Mystic including bourbon whiskeys, vodka, gin, and rum while networking with local clinicians, educators, and community members passionate about better pain care.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/confluenthealth.com\/pain-misunderstood\/\">Pain, Misunderstood<\/a><\/em> blends compelling patient stories with leading clinical insight to explore the science and personal impact of chronic pain. From a military veteran turned boxer to a young woman navigating invisible illness, the documentary challenges outdated beliefs and highlights the role of the brain, body, and environment in how we experience pain.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re proud to bring this conversation to our community,\u201d said Matt Ware, PT, DPT, OCS, Senior Regional Director of BreakThrough Physical Therapy. \u201cToo often, people are told their pain is in their head or that there\u2019s nothing left to try.
