Esto es lo que un PT quiere que sepas<\/h2>\n<div class=\"drop-cap text-big text-gray\"><span class=\"drop-cap__first text-dropcap\">t<\/span>Hay innumerables circunstancias que pueden llevarte a hacer una mueca de dolor en el gimnasio o en el suelo de tu sala de estar mientras te aplicas un rodillo de espuma en el costado del muslo. Si alguna vez ha sentido esta sensibilidad, es probable que estuviera rodando sobre su banda iliotibial, tambi\u00e9n conocida como su banda IT. Pero la pregunta es: \u00bfrealmente ayuda el uso de espuma en esa zona?<\/div>\n<p>La banda IT (ITB) es un tejido conectivo fibroso grueso que no es m\u00fasculo ni hueso. Si rueda demasiado fuerte, Malone dice que podr\u00eda hacer m\u00e1s da\u00f1o que bien.
