Con actividades que abarcan todo el espectro de deportes, estamos seguros de ofrecer servicios que lo ayudar\u00e1n a mejorar su rendimiento.<\/p>\n<h2>Entrenamiento personal<\/h2>\n<p>Los beneficios de nuestro programa de entrenamiento personal incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluaci\u00f3n personal y valoraci\u00f3n del movimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluaci\u00f3n y programa cardiovascular.<\/li>\n<li>Programa de entrenamiento personal personalizado en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades y objetivos del cliente.<\/li>\n<li>Mapeo corporal 3D y evaluaci\u00f3n de la composici\u00f3n corporal.<\/li>\n<li>Programa de nutrici\u00f3n personalizado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Entrenamiento en grupos peque\u00f1os<\/h2>\n<p>Durante el verano ofreceremos entrenamiento en grupos peque\u00f1os para atletas los lunes, mi\u00e9rcoles y viernes a las 9:00 a. m. o 10:00 a. m. Todos los grupos peque\u00f1os comienzan con actividades de movimiento correctivo seguidas de un entrenamiento que consiste en fuerza, potencia, velocidad y agilidad.<\/p>\n<h2>Gimnasio abierto<\/h2>\n<p>Ofrecemos nuestro espacio de actuaci\u00f3n para clientes que necesitan un programa personal y un espacio para entrenar. \u00a1Le brindamos las instalaciones y un programa personalizado a trav\u00e9s de Teambuildr que llevar\u00e1 su desempe\u00f1o atl\u00e9tico al siguiente nivel! El espacio es limitado as\u00ed que no esperes.
