Dependiendo del lado del cuerpo al que te refieres, un sistema tendr\u00e1 una funci\u00f3n y responsabilidad diferente en un lado de tu cuerpo versus el otro en funci\u00f3n de la posici\u00f3n particular de ese sistema y la demanda que se le impone a ese sistema en esa posici\u00f3n particular. Lo \u00fanico de nuestro dise\u00f1o humano es que todos nuestros sistemas est\u00e1n realmente equilibrados porque todos los sistemas trabajan juntos a trav\u00e9s de su propia asimetr\u00eda. Cuando esto sucede, los planos de movimiento horizontal y rotacional muchas veces se descuidan. \u00a1Esto podr\u00eda deberse a desequilibrios de nuestro sistema que debemos mantener bajo control!<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h4>Hardware<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Aunque no lo pensemos a menudo, el cuerpo es asim\u00e9trico. Nuestro cerebro, \u00f3rganos y otros tejidos del cuerpo son asim\u00e9tricos. Esto tiene un efecto potencialmente negativo en el cuerpo si no se controla.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h4>Software<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Tu sistema nervioso siempre dirigir\u00e1 el espect\u00e1culo. I came here after suffering a catastrophic injury to my spine which resulted in disc replacement 2 to be exact. When I got here I was in pain and depressed thinking I could never get back to the life I had before but thanks to Chris and the rest of the team here I have regained control of my body and my life. You have to do the workouts at home so you can maximize your time with your therapist. I wish I would have took before and after pics because it has been a transformation. He consistently took the time to ask about my progress, listen to my concerns, and adjust the treatment to meet my evolving needs. His attention to detail and commitment to my recovery was truly remarkable.<br>\n<br>\nThanks to Dr. Duggan\u2019s skillful and patient care, I am now completely pain-free. Sessions were personalized to my specific needs and abilities, and they really listen to you and make modifications and offer suggestions to help as your treatment progresses. The facility itself is bright, clean, and up to date and they are flexible with appointments. When you first walk in Ciara\u2019s energy is warm and welcoming. In a roughly three-week regimen, he helped me improve back pain which had been plaguing me for literally years post-military. In our very first session he identified the root of the issue, which had been misdiagnosed previously by other clinics, and provided effective PT exercises that had a real impact. I feel that I made more progress with him in three weeks than I had made in months to years of PT elsewhere. Considering she is frequently answering questions to someone on the phone while someone else is standing in front of her checking in or out also asking questions, she handles it all with grace and a smile. They also have an on-line check in and scheduling station for those comfortable with using it, It's quite simple and very convenient.<br>\nI can''t say enough about my therapist Chris Rain. He is knowledgable, personable, persistent, and patient. His gentle pushing me to places i didn't think I needed to go was insanely helpful. I started there because of a knee issue but it was soon apparent the knee issue was minor compared to some balance and fall risk issues. Chris concentrated both on strengthening my leg, glute and core muscles as well as my ability to balance.<br>\nA super plus for for me was the use of Medbridge app for the exercises.  I had used it before when recovering from other surgery. Mollie at the front desk was absolutely amazing and always helped schedule me, checked me in, managed my referal, etc. She went above and beyond in her customer service and always made me feel welcome! Jennifer was also amazing and very knowledgeable. She always helped me to understand exactly what was going on and utilized many tools to help me make a mind muscle connection, and finally Janie was absolutely phenomenal! She not only provided amazing care every single visit, but her personality is absolutely amazing, and she made every single visit an enjoyable experience. She really worked with me where I was at and was always super helpful and kind! I have had excellent care and advice with positive results from Steven and Jainie as well as Chris and Dan with Break Through Golf over the last couple of years. I am almost 72 years old now. Three years ago my mobility, strength, and balance was limited in several areas. My handicap was 15, Driver distance was 200 yds and I hit lots of shots offline. I had to allow at least 24 hours between golf days to recover from pain.   Now, through the excellent care and advice from the BPT\/BTG team my handicap is 11, Driver distance is 220 with significantly more accurate shots. I can now play golf consecutive days without pain. The most amazing part of my experience was the use of the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) method, which is the only type of physical therapy that has made me pain-free after 17 years of struggling with pain.<br>\n<br>\nPRI takes a truly holistic approach, viewing the body as a complete system instead of just focusing on the part that hurts. Steven\u2019s expertise and the methods used at this clinic have been transformative. I am so grateful for the relief and progress I\u2019ve made, and I cannot say enough about how incredible PRI is and how effective the practice has been.
