Juliana Ancalmo PT, DPT
Physical TherapistJuliana earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Duke University. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Salisbury University in Maryland with minors in Psychology and Sports Medicine. In undergrad, she also competed in collegiate track & field and cross country.
Juliana has a vast experience in treating patients across the lifespan from 1 month old to 99 years old with various orthopedic and neurological conditions. She is a published co-author on numerous research studies and has presented at several national conventions on the management of older adults with chronic low back pain. She enjoys treating patients from a holistic approach, blending evidence-based practices with patient preferences to treat each of her clients individually.
In her free time, Juliana enjoys hiking, running and spending time outdoors. She is also an Eagles, Phillies and Duke Blue Devils fan!

Kenny Biggs PT, DPT, OCS, CMP

Kenny Biggs PT, DPT, OCS, CMP
Kenny graduated from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2008, where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Prior to MUSC, he graduated from UNC Wilmington in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education. Kenny is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist, which approximately 6% of physical therapists in the United States hold.
Continuing in his education, Kenny has obtained certifications in ASTYM, Blood Flow Restriction Training, and as a Mulligan Practitioner, and has completed numerous manual therapy courses through Evidence In Motion, Maitland, the International Spine & Pain Institute, and utilizes Trigger Point Dry Needling. These techniques are proven to help with a variety of orthopaedic injuries and with the management of acute and chronic pain. Kenny specializes in sports medicine and athletic injuries, sports performance, postoperative therapy needs, spine and hip conditions, and neurological injuries and disorders. His passion is getting to know his patients and helping them exceed their goals, be it sports-related or everyday functioning.
Kenny is a native of Greenville, North Carolina. He is a former collegiate baseball player. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as being at the beach, running, and playing golf. He enjoys watching college sports and is an avid Georgia Bulldogs and Tar Heels fan.

Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health SpecialistNency earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Gujarat University and her Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition from Long Island University, Brooklyn. She actively stays current with evidence-based practices through continuing education courses. Furthermore, she specializes in Pelvic Health. Nency holds certifications in pelvic health through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments (IAMT) and is pursuing additional training through Evidence in Motion. She is also proficient in trigger point dry needling, myofascial treatments, cupping, and taping techniques.
Nency has extensive expertise in treating a variety of pelvic health conditions, including incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunctions. She provides care to individuals of all genders, including LGBTQ+ patients, and has specialized training in managing pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction. Additionally, she is skilled in addressing pregnancy-related conditions and postpartum dysfunctions. Beyond her pelvic health focus, Nency also treats patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
In her personal time, Nency enjoys hiking, staying active through workouts, and traveling with her husband, Vatsal.
