Regional Director, Morehead City Clinic DirectorKatie is the Regional Director for Coastal Carolina and the Morehead City Clinic Director.
Dr. Katie Knight graduated from East Carolina University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Prior to attending graduate school, Katie received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University.
Katie has completed her post-doctorate training with Evidence In Motion and is now a Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, specializing in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in both men and women. Katie has also received her Dry Needling certification and has experience with both men’s and women’s orthopedic issues, including hip, low back and pelvis issues.
Katie resides in Morehead City, North Carolina, with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab, Lexie Lou, watching the Pirates play football (ARGHH), cooking, and spending time on the water.
