Jeff Hathaway is the CEO/Founder of BreakThrough Physical Therapy.
Jeff Hathaway is a graduate of Ithaca College/Albert Einstein College of Medicine and received his doctorate from EIM University. He started BreakThrough Physical Therapy in 2007, which now has over 20 locations in North and South Carolina. His clinics were one of the first in the nation to be certified in evidence-based practice by Evidence in Motion. He has extensive training in business development, conflict management, interest-based negotiation, team dynamics, change dynamics, and communication skills. He is a recognized national speaker and an author on business- and physical therapy-related topics. He has been a physical therapist for over 37 years, a certified business coach, and is dedicated to moving the profession toward being a primary player in the healthcare continuum.
